At Dafajuz Global Networks, as customs brokers we can help clients import pets and other animals into European Union countries and other countries with proper documentation process by our qualified staffs. We are experienced in transporting and relocating a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, mice and fish. Assistance to comply with regulations

Movement of non-commercial dogs, cats and ferrets: Pets already residing in any country can move around the world freely, provided they have acquired a pet passport (see below) which can be obtained from local vets.

Importing pets into the EU from approved countries and any part of world: Pets being imported into any EU country from one of the listed approved countries will need to follow the requirements set out in the EU Health Certificate Importing pets into the EU from non-approved countries: All pets being imported into any EU country from any country not on the list of approved countries must follow the regulations of EU Certificate including the RNATT serology test.

Pet Passport Scheme: Pets that need to travel freely to or from the UK and throughout the EU and other approved countries can obtain a passport under the following

IATA standard compliant flight cages

IATA flight regulations for live animals require that pets travel in that special secure comfortable containers which we are able to supply. All our containers are fitted with fixed water and food holders as regulations require.

Sizes available are:

Size 1 – 53 x 41 x 38 cm

Size 2 – 69 x 54 x 51 cm

Size 3 – 81 x 57 x 59 cm

Size 4 – 91 x 62 x 66 cm

Size 5 – 101 x 68 x 75 cm

Size 6 – 122 x 81 x 89 cm

Please note that your pet must be able to lie down comfortably, stand upright and turn 360 degrees within the container.

The size of your pet’s container is decided by the measurements of your pet, please see the diagram below. In the rare cases where pets are very large we are also able to supply, made to measure wooden boxes which fulfil the strict standards demanded.

Kennel admission requirements

On admission, dogs are required to fulfil the following health conditions:

Identification microchip and/or tattoo.
Current vaccination certificates against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Kennel Cough, Rabies.
All dogs must be free of ticks, fleas and worms. We reserve the right to charge for essential treatments if required.
Rest assured that our retained vet doctors and his team are on call 24 hours a day. We will contact our vet at any time if we feel it is medically necessary. Of course, every effort would be made to contact our client at the same time.

Please note that dogs on daily medication or treatments can be admitted but may be subject to additional fees.

Dangerous Good

You are required to provide the accurate information about the consignment, your identity, your address as well as the address where the consignment is expected to be delivered.

Consignments of hazardous nature, dangerous goods and items restricted by IATA {International Air Transport Association},IACO {International Civil Aviation Organisation} shall not be accepted.

We request you to pack the consignment in such a form that it can withstand the handling.

The exact value of the consignment should be disclosed to us and the consignment should not contain any other item apart from that.

We are not liable for any loss arising due to the circumstances which are beyond our control such as accident, fire, theft, floods etc.

We have the right to inspect the shipment without any prior notice to ensure that it does not contain any illegal or hazardous item, further we can re-measure and/or re-weight the consignment. If there is any discrimination found during re-measurement process, shipper is liable to pay the price difference.

We try our best to deliver the consignment in time but it may delay in certain circumstances. We are not liable to pay for the loss occurred due to delay in delivering the parcel due to some unforeseen conditions.

We are not liable for the loss occurring because of the confiscation of the shipment by the government authorities or shipment is destroyed or abandoned due to lack of proper documents.

Custom duty, taxes and other charges depends upon the policies of the respective country in which the parcel is to be delivered and the sender of the parcel is liable to pay such expenses.

If the receiver denies to accept the parcel or refuses to pay for the duty fee or any other charges, then we will make efforts to return the parcel to the shipper and the shipper will be liable to pay for the expenses incurred in the process.

If you are taking our services then you are deemed to agree to our policies.
